In the "Workflow profiles" settings you are able to create profiles that can be automatically applied to newly ingested media or files.

The profiles are created here and then assigned to categories in Media and Files sections. When workflow profile is configured for a category you have to make a similarly named folder path under FTP /media folder, e.g. for a category tree Root → Movies → Comedies you will create folders /media/Movies/Comedies to place the respective files and ingest them in particular category.

There are 2 types of workflow profiles: Media and File.
